As a charity, we recognise that there are under represented groups in cricket and we have been working to rectify these issues.
We are currently working in 6 cities with 7 locations: South and North London, Bristol, Birmingham, Sheffield, Nottingham and Manchester.
Each location will run a combination of school and community programme to benefit the local youngsters along with an Academy focusing on players with a drive for cricket who hail from African and/or Caribbean backgrounds.
Through our programmes, we are hoping to broaden the outreach of cricket and allow inner city children, who would not have access previously, the opportunity to try something new and build on their athletic skills.
We understand that coaches and volunteers are pinnacle to keeping programmes and activities running so through the charity, we are working to help upskill individuals so they can take what they learn out into the world and make a difference for others.
